RGN Toys ships via USPS Priority Mail (both standard and express) unless other arrangements are made in advance of the purchase. An option for retailers to use their own UPS account to purchase shipping is available during the checkout process. We do not ship via FedEx under any circumstances.

RGN Toys ships Monday through Friday. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. If you need you order to be dispatched urgently, please call 401-304-9988 prior to your order to ensure we can accommodate this request.

All drop-shipped parcels are shipped in discreet packaging with a return address using the company name RGN Solutions Inc.



Returns, replacements and refunds are in accordance with the individual manufacturer. At the least, RGN Toys will accept returns, replacements or issue refunds within 90 days of purchase for faulty products. Some manufacturers have longer warranty periods, or accept a wider range of return reasons, which we will honor in line with their policies.

If your customer would like direct replacement, we do offer the option to liaise directly with the customer if you privacy policy allows. Please direct the customer to email to initiate that process.
